Time slot booking

Cargoclix guide for carriers and service providers delivering to Kwizda Agro GmbH

Every delivery needs a booked time slot

Deliveries and collections at the Kwizda Agro plant in Leobendorf are scheduled through Cargoclix, a web-based time slot management system. Carriers book their own slot against the Kwizda reference number, see which ramps are free, and can move or cancel the booking themselves.

This page walks through the whole process: getting an account, reading the schedule, booking, and changing a booking.

A fixed ramp time

You know before departure when and at which ramp you will be handled.

Book it yourself

Free slots are visible in real time. No phone calls or emails to arrange a time.

Changes stay in your hands

Move or cancel a booking online as long as you are outside the ramp’s lead time.

Getting started

Your company needs a Cargoclix account that is authorised for Kwizda Agro. This is a one-time setup.

1

Register or apply for access

Open www.cargoclix.com/kwizda-agro. The page offers three routes:

  • New account – you have never used Cargoclix time slot management.
  • Apply with an existing account – you already use Cargoclix for other customers and want Kwizda Agro added.
  • Login – you have already been activated for Kwizda Agro.
A new registration or application is reviewed by Kwizda Agro. The account is activated at the start of the following business day, and you receive an email once you are authorised.

Reading the schedule

The schedule always opens on today’s date. Use the date field and arrows to move to the day of your delivery.

What the colours mean

Ramps are listed as rows, grouped by area, and the columns are the time slots of the day.

Dark grey — cannot be booked (ramp closed, lunch break)
Light grey — not yet, or no longer, available for booking
Diagonal stripes — booked by other customers
White — available for booking

Ramp specifications and lead time

Click the magnifying glass next to a ramp name to open its specifications. They tell you when the booking phase opens and closes:

  • Bookings open for the whole week ahead.
  • They close 16 hours before the time slot starts.
  • For Monday slots the deadline is 67 hours beforehand.

Inside that deadline a slot can no longer be booked, moved or cancelled online.

At the plant: the driver must register at the gate (Anmeldung Pforte) no later than 15 minutes after the slot start. The booking then runs through arrival at the ramp, leaving the ramp, and gate check-out.

Booking a slot

Every booking is linked to a Kwizda reference number. Have it to hand before you start.

Go to the Aufträge tab, set the CargoMarket to Kwizda Agro GmbH and search for the reference number Kwizda sent you. Reference numbers begin with 4500…, 4200…, 801… or 804….

Frequently asked questions

The questions carriers ask most often when they start booking slots.

I have registered but cannot log in yet. Why?

New registrations and applications are reviewed first. Access is activated at the start of the next business day, and you receive an email as soon as it is ready.

We already use Cargoclix for another customer. Do we need a second account?

No. Log in with your existing account at cargoclix.com/kwizda-agro and apply for the Kwizda Agro CargoMarket. It is then added to your existing account.

Where do I find the reference number for my delivery?

Kwizda Agro sends it with the transport order. It begins with 4500…, 4200…, 801… or 804…. Search for it on the Aufträge tab in Cargoclix.

Why can I no longer book or move a slot for tomorrow morning?

Bookings close 16 hours before the slot starts, and 67 hours before for Monday slots. Inside that window the slot can no longer be booked, moved or cancelled online.

What happens if the driver arrives late?

Gate registration has to take place within 15 minutes of the slot start. If the truck cannot make the slot, move the booking while you are still outside the lead time, or contact your Kwizda Agro contact person.

What do the grey and striped fields in the schedule mean?

Dark grey is closed (ramp not operating, lunch break), light grey is not yet or no longer bookable, striped is already booked by another carrier. Only white slots can be booked.

Can I save the booking details so I do not retype them?

Yes. Enter a profile name in the booking window before saving. On the next booking, select the profile from the drop-down and the fields are filled automatically.

Where can I find more help on using Cargoclix?

The Hilfe menu inside Cargoclix has step-by-step instructions and a short video for each topic. For technical problems, contact Cargoclix support.
